The breakdown of minimums is:

• Companies with less than 5 employees → No minimum
• Companies with 5 to 99 employees → 10 Dashpivot Contributor minimum, OR the maximum number of relevant users
• Companies with 100 to 999 employees → 20 Dashpivot Contributor minimum
• Companies with 1,000+ employees → 30 Dashpivot Contributor minimum

Dashpivot Visitor Users are determined by their email address

A person who has a work/business email address/domain different to your company email address is considered a Dashpivot Visitor User

A person who has your internal company email address/domain is considered an internal user, so is a Dashpivot Contributor User

Gmails and non business emails (e.g yahoo, hotmail, outlook) can not be Dashpivot Visitor Users and will be counted as Dashpivot Contributor Users

No, your data will be retained after the free trial ends, so you can simply upgrade to a paid subscription and regain access to the work and records you had created/stored during the free trial period

It depends on the subscription term you choose:

• You can cancel at any time on the monthly subscription plan, no lock-in contract
• You can not cancel at any time on an annual agreement
• There are not opt-out options available on multi-year contracts if you are unhappy after a period of time e.g opt-out after 2 years on a 3 year agreement
