The construction industry has many high-risk activities involved, and overall, businesses experience the same problems over and over again. If they happen repeatedly, then that means something is wrong. It could lead to very serious and expensive problems in the future. • Construction workers often don't wear the mandated PPEs, most especially gloves and helmets.

• Falls. It's the number one cause of death in the construction industry. Check for any unstable scaffolds, missing guardrails, slippery areas, etc.
