What integrations are included?
The inclusions vary based on plan type, so please refer to the table above to see which integrations are included on each plan.
Will future integrations be included in my subscription?
This depends on your plan type. As we introduce new integrations, they will become available to you automatically if the integration is included in your plan.
What integrations are coming up?
We are looking into accounting, CRM and analytics integrations in the short term. Please let us know if there's a specific system you'd like to integrate with, as we may be able to accelerate development.
Is Flowsite included in my Dashpivot subscription?
No, Flowsite is a separate product and has a separate subscription.
Do I need to be on a specific Dashpivot plan to use Flowsite?
No, you can be subscribed on the Dashpivot Standard plan and on the Pro Flowsite plan, and vice versa.
What billing methods do you support?
On Monthly subscriptions, we support Credit / Debit Card and Direct Debit. On Annual and multi-year subscriptions, we support Credit / Debit Card, Direct Debit (supported currencies: GBP, EUR, USD and AUD), and Manual Invoicing (BACS, EFT, manual bank transfer, electronic bank transfer).
If we sign on a longer term commitment, do we have to pay for multiple years up front?
No, we have both Annual and Bi-Annual billing available on 2 year, 3 year and 5 year terms.
If I upgrade after my trial finishes, do I lose my work?
No, your work will be retained after the free trial ends, so you can simply upgrade to a paid subscription and regain access to the work and records you had created/stored during the free trial period.
Can I cancel a paid subscription at any time?
It depends on the subscription term you choose: You can cancel at any time on the monthly subscription plan, no lock-in contract. You can not cancel at any time on an annual agreement. There are not opt-out options available on multi-year contracts if you are unhappy after a period of time e.g. opt-out after 2 years on a 3 year agreement.
What happens if I want to upgrade my plan type?
You can upgrade your plan type at any time, and your account manager will help you navigate and manage this change.
