In the event of a simple slip or trip, there may be nothing required other than a simple investigation.
If a basic fall occurs without injury, then a formal near miss report and potentially even a safety investigation might be required.
And obviously if there is a serious injury or incident, then you move into the territory of proper incident reporting, proper safety investigation, and potentially litigation/legals if the issue occurred due to workplace negligence.
Hence it being so important to maintain preventative safety actions, so that you never (rarely) have to deal with slips trips and falls aftermath.
