Processes like daily reports, safety briefings (JHAs), employee training records, submittals, and even schedules were handwritten and stored in Excel files on individual computers. This approach often led to missing, damaged, or illegible records.

Field teams now complete and sign off reports directly from their mobile or tablet devices, and all records are securely stored in the cloud. This change has eliminated paperwork-related delays and significantly reduced the risk of data loss.
